About me

Hi, I’m George, the founder of Cuju Reborn. Having grown up between Hong Kong, Germany, the UK and the USA, I’ve experienced the pleasure of living in many different cultures. One thing that’s remained constant for me is my love of football.

When I first learnt about Cuju, I was shocked that football originated in China. Despite a childhood spent in Hong Kong, I’d somehow never heard of it. I wanted to do my bit to encourage awareness and get people playing Cuju again! For this reason, I set up Cuju Reborn. I hope this website and the resources on it will be as inspiring to you as the ancient sport of Cuju is to me!
